حقوق عمومی یا Public law
حقوق عمومی عبارت است از بخشی از حقوق که درباره قانون اساسی بحث می‌کند.
Public law means the part of the law that deals with the constitution and functions of the organs of central and local government and relationship between individuals and the state
معنی عبارت: حقوق عمومی عبارت از بخشی از حقوق که درباره قانون اساسی و وظایف و عملکردهای ارگان‌های حکومت مرکزی و محلی و رابطه بین افراد و دولت بحث می‌کند.
